<div><br/><br/>Okay, i am trying out for my school&#8217;s football team this year and i went to my first practice on the field today. As practice went on, i found myself getting tired very quickly and i was also messing up on simple drills when i got tired. I dont get it, there are people on the team who eats junk food and always drink soda and NEVER get worn out. But i eat healthy all the time and drink a gallon of water a day . So what do you think my problem is ? And how could i stop getting tired so quickly ?<br/></div>
