What team in the english football league structure wears their home strip in every game they play even if it clashes with their opponents home kit their opponents have to change to their away strip? Overheard someone talking about this but didnt hear the name of the club can anyone help me out please?

I hear this year, JSky B are undecided about showing premier league football. If it transpires that they will not broadcast any, how may I watch? Is there a rival company who are planning to broadcast? How about via the Internet?
Any reasonable suggestions welcome.
