I live in India. I am a keen football player. What certification and qualificatons does one need to become a football referee. Can someone kindly give some clues.

first u have to poke ur eyes out, since all of thm r blind..
next, u better have a bulletproof vest, ur gonna need it
and finally… u have to send ur resume to all the teams in da league, so they can directly pay u in order for u to side thm in a game…

This is how I went about it. There was an ad in my local paper that I answered. I had to do a four week course where we went through all the laws and then had to sit a test afterwards. Then after I received my uniform and necessary equipment I began to referee games. I don’t know where you are, but try inquiring through your local soccer league.
