practice like you did during the season. and try getting some pick up games in your neighborhood or with the team so you guys can practice on the off season. or go to football camp. I think that exists right? but I would say pick up games and practice like during the season.

Lift weights, and run to build endurance. The running will probably be more beneficial than the weight lifting, but its best to do both. I would also run your normal drills, if you need to have a friend there to keep you on your toes like a coach would. As long as you’re going to be working out more, make sure to drink lots more water than normal and increase your caloric intake to add bulk. Eats lots of protein and veggies to help build muscle.

    Good Luck.

Watch football tapes and games. don’t just watch the ball, watch the line, watch the defense, and learn the lingo. do lots of excercises that will help you build your speed, and endurance, and still gain weight.

Find the position that you like the most (different positions can have different training). Do some running daily. Try going to nike football.com because they can tell you exactly what to do. I’ve done it and it really helps.

alright you definetly need to start running alot build your stamina to keep up with everyone also I would about a 100 push up a night. Its all about conditioning so start with that then get to practicing with the football

Make sure to lift alot. If you can, go to camps or a place like bluechip, they will take your game to the next level.
